used to the fact that we're
not together any more.
And that maybe we won't be...
ever again.
Time will tell.
In the meantime, though,
you may be away from my arms,
but you will never be
very far from my heart.
I know the love will never leave.
There are too many memories;
there were so many precious moments
and wonderful times
to ever try to forget...
And I just want you to know
that I will remember
for the rest of my days,
how you helped me find
some happiness and some truths and

What’s the use of dreaming?
When dreams rarely come true?
Why do I keep believing?
That someday I’ll be with you
What’s the use of wishing?
When my wish never reaches you
I always keep on thinking
Why do I love you?
What’s the use of waiting?
Waiting for you
Without even knowing
If u feel the way I do
What the use of dreaming,
One thing I’m sure is true,
At least in my dreams I’m feeling
Somehow you love me too.
THE DEPARTURE
The mist is full of promises
Of shattered dreams and of unfulfilled promises
Even flowers shy away
As i walk along the cracked pathway
I could barely speak a word
Couldn't even take a long glance;
Afraid of the words my lips couldn't seal,
Of what my cloudy eyes could reveal.
I have to go and find my way,
Have to bear thinking of you -
Smiling bitterly and waving goodbye
As I pass the mountains by.
LET GO
The power is neither yours nor mine
To rule over emotions and lives
For fate is not for us to maneuver
We are just the stewards of our worldly existence
There's always goodbye for every hello
And a finding for every loss
There's still life in the light of death
Hope springs eternal in the midst of pains
If loss of someone means a dirge
Then letting go is what madrigals meant
Setting one free is not a defeat
It's an expression of love so great
Heart must learn the appraisal of tears
Soon, dejected tones will be tranquil
Predominance of serenity over cynicism
Will calm the shore of aches
Across the barriers of pessimism
Never get captured self-absorbed escapism
True wit dictates "Let go of the past"
Then you'll set your heart free from tomorrow's distrust

That people use for an excuse
It sounds so sweet
Yet so discrete

A Spiral Staircase

Love is a cruel mystery that is yet to be explored,
To discover what lies beneath its facade
And to truly understand it you’ve to get caught in it,
In the spiral of its climax and rupture
Yet so deep it remains unsolved
Like a staircase that has to be crossed to see what lies ahead
But the beauty of it all is the journey you have to take
An experience different from each small step
Winding like a maze that doesn’t seem to end
You may fall in each step but you have to get up and cope
For you’ll never know what next adventure is in store for you
And in the end of your journey, there you’ll know,
The purpose of you journey within that spiral staircase.
